This policy applies to the WLS AI Lab Personal AI Assistant ("the app"), a private application operated by its developer for the developer's own use at wlsailab.com.
When the developer connects a Google account, the app requests only these read-only permissions:
Email and calendar content is used only to produce summaries and suggested reply drafts for the account owner. The app cannot send, delete, or modify email or calendar data.
Access tokens are stored on the developer's own computer in files restricted to a single system account. Email and calendar content is processed on that computer by locally run software and is not uploaded to third-party AI services. A short audit log records counts and timestamps of requests, not message content.
The app does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with anyone. It does not use Google user data for advertising, and no person reads the data except the account owner.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Stored tokens are deleted when an account is disconnected. Access can also be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
